The sultanate of Oman
Oman’s lush northern coast lies between the sea and inland mountains. This verdant, fertile region is known for its grapes and other produce. Much of the country’s interior is sandy, treeless and without water. This area is the domain of Bedouin nomads and oil and gas pipes.
